I have purchased simplitec from Humble Bundle and tried to upgrade but came up with an error. Can someone help me please.

First, you will see I have moved your post from the Audio section of the forum; you chose Audio Cleaning Lab as your product which clearly your question is not about!
These are user to user forums so we really do need you to give us a lot more information, about your computer (this post will give you some idea of what we really need to know) and then also show us exactly what the error message says (a screenshot of it would be helpful).
