Basically, I am an idiot. I just got the ACID Music Studio 10, and I threw the box away before retrieving the serial number which is obviously required for installation. Not sure what can be done about this. If this situation can be helped, it would be greatly appreciated.
@OCPU413 Where did you buy Acid? You need to contact the seller. If you bought it from Magix, you can contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net. But I'm not sure if they can help you If you bought it elsewhere. Might be worth a try.
You write that you have received/purchased ACID Music Studio. My advice contact Magix Support. Send an email to: infoservice@magix.net and describe your problem as best as possible and attach your purchase invoice.
