Serial number invalid

Hi,

trying to register licence number for CoreFX Suite but keep getting 'Serial number not valid' - looks valid to me (cut and pasted it from my Account page).

Any ideas?

I'm on ACID Pro Suite 11.0.2 (Build 21) on Windows 11

@Paul-Hughes8783 Is is different serial number than the ACID serial number? The ACID serial number won't work.

No, there's a unique serial number specifically for CoreFx in my account/product list - that's the one I used.

@Paul-Hughes8783 Maybe there is a difference between the version you want to activate and the version on your account. I would recommend to uninstall CoreFX from your computer and redownload and reinstall it from your account. If you have already done that please contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net
