I think you need to be a little more explicit about exactly what you want to do but if you are asking to change your registered email address you can do this yourself by going to your Magix account logging in with your old email address (hopefully you can remember your password) and then going to User data. There you can update your email address (and password if you wish).

If you cannot remember your old log in details you need to send full details of your old and new email addresses to infoservice@magix.net and ask that they update your customer record.
