I bought from amazon.uk one of your product called RESCUE YOUR VIDEO TAPES. In the box of the product i can't find the serial number. Can you send me a serial nubmer to install the programm? i can send you an image of the product if you want.

This is a user forum not Magix sales or support.
Assuming you bought a sealed box, ie brand new, product then the serial number is either on the CD cover or on a label attached to the box depending on which version you bought.
If it is not there then you will need to take this up with Amazon as they are the retailer.
If you bought an open box or used version then there is no guarantee that the software has been uninstalled and the serial number released. If they have not then you will not be able to register the software, again you should take this up with Amazon.

AFAIK you cannot purchase just a serial number - you will have to purchase a new sealed box version of the product or online the download version direct from Magix.

Hi Jeff, i'm looking for the Mac Software Magix USB VHS to digital. I have the red USB key but I lost my Serial Number. It's been a long time and I no longer have the box or CD/DVD that came with it. And the program is asking for it. Could you help me with this issue on how I can get a serial key for my device?

There is no program of that name - I presume you mean either Movies on DVD, Rescue Your Video Tapes, or Video Easy in which case all are Windows only, there is no MAC version.
If you previously registered the software then you can retrieve your serial number as follows:
You should now see all your registered products and serial numbers, and, if the program is still available, a download link.
If you want to run the software on a MAC then you need to make the MAC dual bootable using Bootcamp and install Windows as a second operating system,
As you have the red USB converter it is likely that the program you have is old and you would need Windows 7 installed to run it.

After a bit of research, AFAICS, the program you are referring to is a very old version, possibly 10 or more years old, also known as Rescue Your Video tapes for MAC and is no longer available.
With no registration there is no possibility of getting the serial number.
