Saved Video file location

I have recently installed RYVT v6 on my PC win 10 64bit. Also installed  is OneDrive which is the problem, because this is where all video files are saved, being very large this is a problem. On reinstalling the program using the custom option, there were three file paths shown. Which one should I choose to redirect these Video Files to 'This PC' rather than 'OneDrive'

Welcome to the MAGIX user to user forums.

I don't have RYVT but you should, I think, be able to select exactly where you want your files to be stored. You men tion "three file paths" as listed. What are they? Can you not simply type in a file storage location of your choice?

Hi

. . . . On reinstalling the program . . . .

You did not need to do this - in the Program settings you can change the default save location - did you read the installed PDF manual?

Of the three file paths in the custom installation there should be one for the location of the Project files - it will be this one you set to the location where you want to store files.

However that may not fix the problem entirely - OneDrive may be set so that it syncs your 'offline' folders with the 'online' ones. If it is then with video files, especially HD or Full HD, this can use up a lot of bandwidth and data usage especially if you are on a metered connection.
