Samplitude Music Studio 2014, how to export a MP3 that will play on a mobile device such as iphone.

Hi there I am brand new to the forum, but have been using Magix music maker/studio for many years.  I am running the new Samplitude music studio 2014. everything in this software is amazing, I have recorded, mixed and mastered many songs with results that I am very impressed with. Here is my problem, when I am finished with a recording of vocals and a soundtrack I export it out as a MP3 file. that all seems to go fine. I can listen to the mp3 on a computer or with headphones or monitors and it sound perfect, but for some reason the MP3 plays very strange on mobile devices such as I phones. Now I can plug in my ear phones to the iphone and it sounds great but when playing through the speakers on the phone you can hear the music perfect but the voice sounds distant and very distorted. I was wondering if there is a setting I am missing on export or something in the program  I am not doing to cause this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hardware I am using:

Windows 7, Samplitude Music Maker 2014, Recording device is a Scarlett 2i2 for imput and ouput, MXL 990 phantom powered mic, Cerwin vega powered monitors, and  Bose headphones

You must test your mix in Mono, it is ok then export, other ne mix. The Problem are the Plugins, hall , rewerb are ok.

Hi

Is this on all iPhones or just one?

When you listen with earphones are the vocals on one side only or in both ears?

John

I have tried multiple Iphones, with the same results, when I hook headphones to it it plays the vocals in both ears but is is not exactly even, I would say that it play at 60 -40% on the vocals but the soundtrack sounds fine.
