I checked that site in Chrome, it appears fine, no jumbling up of images.

Since you say this problem appears only in Safari (and Apple no longer makes a Windows version of Safari, and I have read in various forums, including this one, that other users of Safari are encountering strange problems with that browser) I think you need to ask the question directly to Apple. It seems highly unlikely that this is really anything to do with problems created by WDP.
