Rewire reason 4.0 I get error 6 message. I am doing it right?

I have MMM16 Prem. and I also have reason 4.0. I would like to use reason thru MMM since I feel the arranger is better, plus I can sample. Any way I start MMM and press Y to activate ASIO, and then press E to activate Rewire. I thedn get an error 6 message. Did I mss some thing, is their a tutorial for it. Thank you for the help.

Hi,

Yesterday I read your question then surf the web and found, Reason 4.0 is new and nice version, it is standalone and it could also work as Rewire and slave. On youtube and other web there are tutorial for software but not for Magix.

As I do not use Reason I got MMMM 16 Premium download version. I checked the settings refer image attached. Procedure you have explained in the question seems ok to me. Just one thing did you also check the Reasons settings? On youtube I watched videos How to rewire reason 4 with other software, link is below

In all videos usually people first open the software in your case it will be Magix then they do settings. I think you should take a look.

Finally my friendly advise please ask Magix customer support the same problem in details they are very good in explanation. That will save your time too.

Ty nihon92 for your help. I finally got the youtube vids helped, as well as trial and error. For any 1 else that is intrested please contact me at my email addy and I will guid you thru the steps since it can get tricky, but very possible. Thanks again
