Sorry to hear you've had problems with Video Pro X. There are a number of users who post here who also use this software and may well be able to help you to resolve the problems you are experiencing. If you would like to see if this would help you please tell us as much as you can about your computer (this post will show you the level of detail that is really helpful), then tell us exactly which version and build of VPX you have and some information about the actual video files you are using. (This tutorial will show you how to use an extremely useful, free utility to analyse your video files and post the results here.)

However, if you still wish to end your subscription you need to email infoservice@magix.net and explain this. I believe the actual subscription period will end one calendar month after you notify Magix of your intentions.
