Depending on your hosting provider it may be possible.

The question is why would you want to do this?

It is not necessary nor is there, IMHO, a logical reason to do so - the web html is still delivered to the viewers browser and is available to be examined as are any images or video as they are also downloaded to the viewers computer.

Additionally you will be changing your whole URL structure and will need to redo all the links in the website.

See this article - you may need to check with your host provider if you can override thier settings using a 'htaccess file.

If you do not have access to CPanel or other hosting control panel, try using a FTP program to access the root of the website.
