reloading audio cleaning lab

i have tried to reload my audio cleaning lab16 from my cd after intermittent probs when inserting the disc it says that the program is still loaded after a search there is nothing found is there a limit to how many times it can be loaded any suggestions thanks

Sounds like you might have a registry error.

Did you try uninstalling the software or did you delete anything?

You might want to try using the Magix Cleaner, which is something that removes Magix ini files which might help here.

To get it, you need to go to the support page and login. You can't download anything unless you login.
