It may be either

You have already exceeded the number of reinstalls allowed - in which case contact sales at magix

Or

When the software asks you to register you are not clicking the already registered option.

The software works fine, but I want to log in. It seems like I have forgotten my LOG IN info, I can´t log in, when I use the "lost password", I'm told I will receive a new password, but I don't. What is the E-mail address to customer support?
