Hello James,

It would appear that the programs cannot authenticate the hardware copy-protection on your program discs properly. This can happen under certain circumstances, even if you do have the original disc in the drive. There's a way to get around this. Just go to the support website, log in and find the "Unlockmaster" tool in the "Downloads/Tools" section:

Run it and follow the instructions to request an unlock code for your first program. You'll have to wait for Magix support to get back to you with further instructions and the unlock code. They'll be able to help you with this. You'll have to unlock this program by program. So you will have to take this one step at a time.
