trying to register my acid 10 onto a new computer but im being blocked from doing so because i loaded it onto my old one. am i only allowed to load it on one computer at a time? error code 24. will i ever receive a hard/physical copy of acid?
@nyame What error message are you getting? There could be a problem that you are using the wrong user account with a different e-mail address or that only a limited number of installations is possible.
You can check in your user account at https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/ if you still have installation seats left. If not, you need to look if it's possible to deactivate the license on one of your older computers.
error code 24. also i checked and i am supposed to have 2 simultaneous usages
