Hi. I bought the Terratec Vidoegrabber AV 350 together with your program Video Easy Terratec Edition. When trying to register the program I don´t find any serial number. And I can´t figure out how I can do the registration from inside the program. The CD is marked M1 and TT500708.

Did you buy this product recently because it has not been supported for some time. I notice it is on Amazon and says it is Win 10 compatible which I do not believe to be true and possibly why Magix dropped it and only continued with Rescue Your Video tapes. I would complain to Amazon that it is not Windows 10 compatible if that is where you saw it.
You could try getting in contact with Magix via email as there are no Magix staff on the forums, only other users of Magix software. Mainly though complain to the seller or retailer.

As @CubeAce (Ray) writes, you need to contact the seller and ask for their help, possibly even a refund. The email address to use to contact Magix is infoservice@magix.net but I doubt very much whether anyone there will be able to help you.
