Register / Activate Acid 3.0

I can't seem to find a way to activate my copy of Acid 3.0 on my new computer. The last time I did it must have been before Magix bought it because I don't remember it being this confusing. Can anyone provide direction on where to go or what to do? I've tried making a Magix Service Center account and doing "Create activation code" which says "Invalid Serial Number" and using "Product Registration" it says "Wrong Product Registration Number".

@beeanimated Your old Sony user account should have been transferred to Magix. You just need to login and download the installer from your account. I don't think your old installer will work any longer because Sony disabled all old registration servers. So you only could try to download the installer from your user account and maybe it was modified by Magix so you can reinstall it.

If I had a Sony account it doesn't look like it transferred so I don't think I have a way of getting a different installer that way. I finally found an e-mail address for Magix customer service so hopefully someone there can help. I'd welcome any other ideas though while I'm waiting! :)

Hey... sorry to necro this post 3 years later, but I've got a similar issue - not seeing anything relevant in the forums (apart from this post) or help section. How did you resolve this??
