So once i have clicked "transfer video to computer" and allowed the whole tape to record, I then press "end video transfer" and usually the recording will come up at the bottom of the screen for you to then click "start video editing", however there is no clip and it is as if I never recorded anything. I had this problem a week ago and I restarted my laptop and it then continued to work, but now it is doing the same thing. I have turned everything off and on again but it still won't work. I am using rescue your videotapes! 6
