Hi

. . . . When I try to record commentary theplay back volume is extremely soft although all settings are at maximum. . . . .

Which settings - those in Video Easy or the computers soundcard?

Check the recording settings in the Sound card - you may need to turn on the microphone boost or increase the recording level in the sound card mixer.

How you get to the sound card settings depends on your make of the sound card chipset and your Windows version.

When posting a question please give your computer specification, Windows version and Video Easy version to help us guide you further.

Hi,

Use microphone sound bost to amplify the miike or use a usb microhone to bypass the sound card. Cyberacoustic low price less than $30 is used to duplicate orvoice over.
