re-registering webdesigner 11 premium

David-Partridge wrote on 5/31/2020, 4:32 PM

I'm trying to re-register webdesigner 11 premium, after re-installing Windows 10.

I have all my details and serials, and go through the Magix activation process and keep being greeted with;

"An error has occurred.

Your registration could not be completed. Please try again later!"

This has been going on for over a week, so am now locked out of my software.

Any Advice ?

@David-Partridge

Is it possible that you have exceeded the number of registrations allowed for the software, because you have previously needed to reinstall and re-register it?

If so, go to your Magix account, log in and go to "My Products". Find the entry for this software and check the activation listing. If you have already used the allowed maximum simply deactivate one, or all, of the named installations in your account listing.

Then try again to register via the program.

If this is not a problem of number of activations I think you will need to raise a support ticket with Magix Customer Service, via the Support button in the header of any forum page.

I cant see how i could possibly exceed the number of registrations, I only have 1 computer.

But i dont think that is the problem, Every time i try to re-register I get an automatic email from Magix Thanking me for successfully registering my product.

But the software on my computer displays as below.

I cant contact support without any fees.

@David-Partridge

Thank you for the additional information.

The only other recommendation I can make is to use this page to contact Magix Sales.

Over the last week about 15 times ive attempted the Magix registration process, but only re-installed it once.

Currently it,s just an icon on my desktop, because it wants me to go through the online registration process when i try to use it
