Publishing keeps being "Timed Out"

I just recently added another page to my Website, tried to Publish it but kept getting "Timed Out Error". Can anyone help. I'm using Windows 7, Xara Web Designer 9.

Hi,

I used to have that problem all the time when publishing directly from Xara. No I publish the site to a folder on my desktop and use Filezilla (the free version) to publish and have not had the problem again.
