Publishing error code 404

Hi, I would like some help please. When trying to publish my website FTP, all my fields are filled in properly however it will not publish & I get an error "404 error timeout was reached. Please help, thank you.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

A 404 error means the URL you are using is not reachable - check that the FTP settings you have entered are correct, the most common cause is extraneous characters in the domain url eg a full stop (period) at the end of the URL.
