Program will not start

I have installed this twice and it will work for several weeks or months and then begin freezing up when we try to start/open the program. We are using Xara Photo & Graphics Designer we purchased not more than a couple years ago. Help please as we can't use this product and may need a refund if we can't open the software. We don't use this software a lot, but it becomes important when we need it like right now and I have to wait for a tech support response.

Assuming you are still using the version you originally purchased - you are well outside the refund period.

We need more information:

computer specification, Windows version and build - see this topic for details of what is required
Xara Photo & Graphics Designer version number as found under Help, About
Are you getting any error messages? If so quote them in full.
Is your Antivirus blocking the program from running.
