Program update via XARA Update Service won't complete!

Hey there fellow Xaronians, I'm beginning to freak out because my access to updates is about to expire and I'm several iterations behind.

I'm running version 18.0.5.62892 and been trying for weeks to update to the available 19.0.0.64291, only Xara's update service always fails to complete 100%. It's stalls at a different % each time and I've plenty of drive space.

I can't seem to locate a download link for 19.0.0.64291 on magix.com.

I only just thought, is it possible to DL the 19.0.0.64291 trial and register with my existing serial/reg number? If not where can I get the latest copy without having to purchase again?

I absolutely love XARA, been using for almost 20 years, I'd simply re-purchase because I know she rock's only I can't afford atm since losing a bunch of work these past 2 years (Tiny violins a playing ;)

Try to disable your anti virus, firewall or Windows Defender temporarily to update.

Or contact infoservice@magix.net for further assistance.

following your advice I contacted Magix support who directed me to the dl server and got the latest version registered and running.

If your access to updates has not yet expired, ensure you download all the Online Content gallery to the PC - instructions are in the PDF manual available under Help.
