When opening Movie studio 2024 Platinum it freezes and won't complete the process. I have rebooted and reinstalled the program already. I would appreciate any help with this. thx

I'm sorry the program is apparently not opening properly for you but, without a lot more information from you it is going to be almost impossible for any poster here to help.
Please start by telling us about your computer, operating system, CPU, RAM, Hard Drives etc., etc. Please read this pinned post and give us as much of the detail requested there as you can. Yes, it will take time but will really help us to attempt to help you.
