Unfortunately my laptop recently failed and I'm trying to load Photostory Deluxe onto my new laptop - but getting
error code 24 (registered to another email address) when activating. Serial number is correct and I'm a 100% sure I'm using the correct email (can logon the Magix website using the same email to see my account).
Ideas?

Have you actually logged on to your Magix account and checked that all the details, e.g. your email and product key you are entering, are correct? Just in case there is any sort of problem with the installer you are using you should also be able to redownload it from the My products page.
If all your online details are correct it may be a problem of the number of activations registered to your account. In this case, remove one of the activations which are showing in your on-line account, log out and then try again.

In your account, My Products page do you see the program is registered to your old computer as shown below? Note you may only have 1 activation slot used if you did not install on a second computer.
If you do see the old computer activation - deactivate it.
If not then it is registered with another email address
