I have bought Magix Video saver serial nro: Removed by moderator When I'm doing this saving, I can see the video is running in my computer (on the small vindow) -so all containters must be ok. But when I press the button "start saving" , then I miss that picture (video no run any more) and it doesn't save the video. -When I watch this saving after this process, so I can see only black, black, black -no pictures or enything else. Where is the faulse?
