Problems with MEP16

I just got Magix Movie Pro 16 for my new 8GB, quad processer, HP desktop but some issues showed up right away. 1st, 80% of my title fonts don't work, for example if I try Balloon it goes back to the default Arial I have tried everything to solve the problem. I also can't find the amdient mixer that I rely so much on my MEP15 but isn't on my MEP16? Same with 3D title templates? Where can I find help for the iclone feature advertised on the box? Finally, I got a "not enough memory" crash on THIS new powerful computer, that really scares me because I went waaay beyond minamal standards to make some HD feature length films, do they make a computer that doesn't crash with Magix?

Sounds like you have a fast enough computer and enough ram although you may want to look at the configuration of the ram (system handling may not be the right choice if that is the default setting). I too have a fast quad machine and find that almost everything in MEP16 works right. What op system are you using? I will guess that it is Vista or 7. If so, that may be the issue right there. Contact your computer tech and check the virtual memory settings first, then contact Magix tech.
