Problems burning dvd in Photostory 2016

I get encoding errors when I try to burn my project to DVD in Photostory 2016.  I was able to export it to my computer as a MPEG4 file successfully, however after I copied the MPEG4 file back to Photostory 2016 it still won't burn to a DVD.  I then tried the same procedure using Photostory 2013 and it worked!  Can anyone tell me what has gone wrong with Photostory 2016 and how I fix it?

Hi

. . . . I get encoding errors when I try to burn my project to DVD in Photostory 2016 . . . .

Try burning a DVD again however change the recording device to Image Recorder and save the image to disc.

If this fails the error message dialog gives you the option to see the log file - copy the section from the line beginning

- - - - - Date - - - - -

to where the error occurs, paste it into a reply back here - note the last attempt is always at the bottom of the log file.

If the burn succeeds then either the discs you are using are faulty/poor quality or the Burn routines need updating - you can download the latest Burn routines here.
