In Denmark PAL is used with Television. My recordings on my VHS recordings are also in the PAL system. In the list in the program PAL is missing, but there is PAL B etc, and this standards does not work. I can get the sound of the video but not the picture. Can you help me, please? This is a public forum - not Magix Support - please do not post serial numbers and other confidential information in the forum. The information you posted was sufficient for you to lose control of your software by having your product hijacked.
Which product are you referring to? You have posted in the Photo & Graphics Designer forum - this product which does not support video capture.
Also see this topic before posting and supply more information on you computer specification, program and version number you are using and the video capture hardware.
