I have MOV-video files (filmed with iPhone11) and I would like to import them in VideoEasy but when I do that all videos are just white, I mean only white screen is showing and nothing else. How to fix this? If I convert files to MPE4, files are working fine with VideoEasy but I have 70 files that should be converted and I don't know which tool would be easy and fast for converting so many files at once?
I have also installed QuickTime but it didn't help with MOV-files.

The new iPhones seem to be recording their video with variable frame rates that Magix software and quite a few other video editors are finding difficult to use. The files need to be converted to a constant frame rate to work. There could be a setting within the iPhone that will allow future video to be recorded at a constant frame rate.
I'm not sure what program to recommend for batch converting files.

One conversion software that does have a batch facility is Handbrake, though it is not the easiest to set up and/or understand. There are numerous options to select; exactly which ones you should choose rather depends upon the exact format of your files as they are when downloaded from the iPhone. The free MediaInfo utility will help you to discover the necessary details.
One option setting which you must set is to ensure that the files when processed by Handbrake are at Constant Frame Rate, as Ray said.
However, I am not sure that VideoEasy is the "best" software for anything more than very basic video editing. What are you hoping to "do" with the video files once they have been edited?

Yes it’s true that VideoEasy is a very basic one. I’m gonna make a YouTube video. Would you like to recommend some other software for editing? :)
Have you looked at Magix' Movie Edit Pro? If you are wanting to get seriously into video editing we would always suggest you consider buying the Premium version.

Thank you for your help, I was able to convert all files with Handbrake and now they are working in Video Easy and I will definitely check the Movie Edit pro. 💯
