the website maker express upload works under a java runtime. please update the java runtime and restart our browser. ciao! Revolver

I'm not familiar with that security software and what it would take to get around the problem. You might need to check with McAfee support whether there are any known problems with the software impeding the installation of the Java Runtime Engine. Before you do that, you should make sure you're getting the necessary items from the right sources though. Here's the Sun website for the Java Runtime Engine:

I hope this helps. If it still doesn't work after the successful JRE installation, the problem might require a second look. Possibly it's something else. However, if the problem is specific to the express upload option, my money is also on the Java Runtime Engine not being installed or being outdated/corrupted.
