Problem to Video Easy.

Why do I get code 4 and 24, completely impossible to create mail and serial number okay ??
and there is no connection between video cassette to PC.

Have always used your really good Magix programs.
Have bought 4 video tapes. 2 of them are at my club, Here at home it does not work.

Please never post your serial number and computer id in the forum.

You should never be asked for these.

The version number for Video Easy is under Help, About . . . a series of numbers separated by . eg 1.0.0.5.
