precise cutting

I'm new to Magix, in Adobe Premiere was an option to expand a timeline to 1 frame to do a pricise cutting. How can I do this in Edit Pro14 plus?

First, place the red cutting line near to where you want to cut. Thus the red line will be in the center of the monitor when you expand the timeline.
Click the triangle beside the "zoom" near the lower right corner, and you can click "Zoom 1 frame". Shortcut is Ctrl+1.
Or hold Ctrl down and click Up-arrow to expand timeline to a suitable size.
By right-clicking in the video we also have the "Object trimmer" with shortcut Q.
