Playback is jerky

I have both the trial version of Movie Edit Pro Plus 15 & 16 on my computer. When I export a movie in the MEP 15 it plays fine. When I export the same movie in MEP 16 the playback is jerky and jump back and forth between frames. This only happens in the MEP 16 version. What causes this?

Does it jump around if you burn your project to a DVD? Is your computer fast enough to handle the processing of the program? You may need to update your MP4 codec. Try to export as an AVI and see what happens.

All I can think of is that you had your output resolution set higher then your computer could handle. Get more ram and that may help in the future. You can set your display resolution --- File,Settings, Program settings, Video/Audio , Movie Display (set to "half-resolution).

This solved my problem.
