I need help! I have been using this software for years for my website and here recently I have been getting an an error stating Failed to load web page for preview generation. Sometimes it will load. Please help! I have never had this trouble before. Thanks!

@Jessie-Waltman

Hi and welcome to the forum.

From the title and issue you are describing - do you mean that you have created a place holder and added some HTML code either in the Header and/or the Body options, and now the page will now not preview?

If so, check the HTML you have entered has the correct syntax and:

  • matching opening and closing tag pairs
  • matching pairs of quotes
  • correct naming convention for tags
  • illegal characters used for opening / closing tags or present where they should not be
