pictures not videos will download!

I can download my pictures but not the video onto pro15 from my jvc hybrid.
How do you load the video? Seems like alot of poor souls out there have this same problem.

Hi,

I do not think that a lot of people have the same problem.

Pictures you can LOAD, Videos you need to CAPTURE. Of course if you have recorded in MPEG2 you can directly load the files via USB on your computer or in the programm. There are maybe 300 current different models of camcorders out and each is doing different things....anyway. Start the programm, chose capture, and start to play your videos. You need to capture them into the programm (if it is any kind of tape)..
