Frustrated with support and program.

I have photostory deluxe 21.0.1.74 It keeps crashing everytime program closes and keep restarting. In order to close it, I have to end by using task manager. Recently support told me there is an update. I tried downloading the update (via photostory) 21.0.1.76. When I tried to install, the program closes crashing in and restarting and asking me again to update. The cycle never ends.

It is a bad way to updating. I am trying to find the patch online to manually upgrade or where it downloaded. No luck.

Anyone has such luck or any advice
