Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

I have never used Photostory Easy but I suspect that error message may mean that you have burned the DVD to the PAL standard and you are actually is NTSC-land, or the other way around.

So, please show us a screenshot of the export screen in PS Easy and also check whether you have the PAL v NTSC setting correct in your program installation. In the full Photostory the setting is to be found in File>Settings>Program>Options Video standard; hopefully your version will be similar.
