I have just purchased the Ultimate Traveler package. The download appears not to have started and the program froze.

Please do not post order numbers and other confidnetial information eg serial numbers, email address,phone nos etc in the forum.
This is a public user to user forum, not Magix Support, and posting the above is the quickest way to have your product hijacked.

From where are you starting the download eg a web browser, or are you referring to the download manager not downloading the package?
Check you Antivirus/Firewall program is not blocking the download.
