Photo manager not finding all files in directory

Several photos and videos not being found by photo manager even when they are clearly in the selected directory according to the file explorer. Trying database cleanup. What else can I try? I have version 13.1.1.24

Also, database cleanup has gone beyond 106%. That makes no since.
