Photo Manager Deluxe non-supported file format

Using Photo Manager Deluxe with Windows 11, I've somehow created/imported a picture as a file with a non-supported file format. It is keeping me from working with other photos so I just want to delete the troublesome file but when I try to do that, I get the same error message that it is a non-supported format. What can I do?

@Lisa-Smeallie

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

I assume you are trying to delete the non-supported format file from within Photo Manager, and that is producing the error message? Is that correct?

If so, you need to close PM and use Windows Explorer to navigate to the folder where this specific file is saved and delete it from there. Once this is done PM will no longer be able to "see" it and the error message will no longer appear.
