Hi John, Thanks for the support article and your suggestions. I deleted software and files as described then tried download and reinstall 30 day trial Photo Manager Deluxe and Music Maker from the support site. This resulted in the same problem as before. Each of the two software installs gave error 1603 on install of C++ 2013 and 2015. To be fair with you I have submitted a ticket with Magix Support. Plan to uninstall again then run the Syscheck. Really appreciate your prompt reply and help. Very excited to find this software and interested to get this going ASAP.

Syscheck seems to be of no use since I've not yet made a purchase.
