1-I created a title on my first slide. When I play back the video slide show, first a black screen comes up with the title and then my first slide with the title. How do I get rid of the black screen that pops up first?

2-When I play back the video, between a few pictures, there's a black screen that last for about two seconds before the next slide comes up. How do I get rid of these spaces? I tried changing the transition time between the pictures in these cases to zero and that helped but did not completely get rid of the problem.

I'm using Windows 10.
