when I load program it prompts me to update which I start

Then after loading message comes up cannot install until program closed

then when i close program the update message disappears.

so then I try to close program during loading and again it disappears.

then I also look if possibly the program did update and there is indication of build 361 but no message about patch 5??

Any ideas. Looked for a link to update outside my program but cannot find
