I just bought an update for to MUSIC MAKER PREMIUM 2023 Magix paid with Visa but never got a download link. I got a reciept in my mail and a serial no for: SOUND FORGE Audio Studio 12.6
Dont understand where I can download my MUSIC MAKER PREMIUM 2023
@Thomas-Hjort Did you buy it in the Music Maker in-app-store? Then it should be automatically unlocked. No need to install it again.
I bought it on https://www.magix.com/ around one hour ago: When I try to restart I even get this: "SAVE € 100 & GET PROFESSIONAL FEATURES!" Which was the item I bought
@Thomas-Hjort Okay, then the serial number should be listed in your order confirmation e-mail. If it's missing you might want to check your user account at https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/ under "My Products" if it is listed there. Theoretically it should be enough to open Music Maker and log in for it to work.

I found it - however Windows Defender is now blocking and I get this: "Download failed" - I guess I should make and exception so it can download without Defender stopping it, but have no idea how
@Thomas-Hjort Do you already have Music Maker installed? It is not necessary to reinstall it. The premium edition is a content pack not a different software. If you still need to install it, you can try to temporarily disable Windows Defender like described here. Re-enable it after you got everything working.

There is no serial number required for Sound Forge AS 12.6. SFAS is to be downloaded after activating Premium in Music Maker 2023.
There is no "download" for Premium. Premium is an add-on to the program which is free. You cannot buy Music Maker. Simply download the Free version from Magix.com and activate Premium after opening the program and logging in.

As for Defender, by all means, make the exception to be able to download the program.

Well just paid EUR 29 for Music Maker Premium 2023 - and correct there was no serial. However I also got a download with a serial for Sound Forge which I really dont know what is 😒
@Thomas-Hjort You can download Sound Forge AS 12.6 from the Music Maker in-app-store. This is a separate audio editing software for very fast and convenient editing of single audio clips. You can also use it to master your songs you exported from Music Maker.
Thanks - however I expected to get more instruments and sounds when upgrading til Premium - however it is the same, not sure it is worth the money
@Thomas-Hjort You should have gotten three vouchers for Soundpools/Soundpool Complete Bundles and one voucher for one Soundpool Collection.
Then you should have gotten Vita Analog Synth, Vita Bass Machine, DN-e1, Beatbox Pro 2, wizardFX Suite, modernEQ.

Make sure to go to downloads in the program and download and install everything.

Having been a long time customer of Magix i am completely bewildered as to whats going on with Magix. like others i just purchased Music Maker prem 23, started download and cant see it anywhere on my PC? tried downloading again and Nothing? it re installed music maker 64 bit, reinstalled MM2015prem, on my purchases it say i ha e purchased MMprem 23 but cANT FIND IT ON MY pc? ROUND AND ROUND I GO! Whats going on Magix??
