Out Of Memory on Startup

We've been using Xara Premium 365 for a few years and suddenly get an "out of memory" error as soon as the program starts up, not when publishing as seems to be another issue. We've tried on 2 different computers and get the same message. Have tried a new install, running without any other programs running, deleting some pages, optimizing photos (we don't have any large or high res photos though), and deleting a bunch of excess files. Still no luck and we now have no access to our website. We tried submitting a support request but were prompted to purchase a support voucher, but the link is broken and just reloads the same page. At a complete loss of how to proceed, does anyone have any insight?
