Open Links to another tab, is that possible?

I have the latest Xara Web Designer. When a person clicks on a link in my site, is it possible to open it in another tab instead on opening on my tab? In another way of putting it, is it possible for the person to have two tabs, one of them my site and the other the link clicked?

In Xara Web Designer when creating the hyperlink click the drop down "open link" and select New Window or Tab (_blank)
