Not Rendering for DVD transferring

christopher-l4548 wrote on 6/13/2024, 8:44 PM

I have Vegas Movie Studio Suite and have completed a video project. I have tried numerous times to render the video to be able to bring over to the DVD Architect 5.0 version, but it continues to show a message that says "DVD Architect does not appear to be installed. Please save your project, install DVD Architect, and restart the make movie wizard". My concern is I already have this downloaded on my desktop and have been able to log into it and work on DVD options. But, due to the project not being able to render from the Studio suite and not being able to transfer over to the DVD Architect, I have been stuck at this point and not sure what else to do. I have 16.0GB RAM Windows 10 Home version 22H2

Gday Christopher, you're currently on the Magix part of the forum.

I think you have Vegas Movie Studio. In that case, please post your query here:

All my forum comments are based on or refer to my System 1.

My struggle is over! I built my (now) system 2 in 2011 when DV was king and MPEG 2 was just coming onto the scene and I needed a more powerful system to cope. Since then we've advanced to MP4 and to bigger and bigger resolutions. I was really suffering, not so much in editing (with proxies) but in encoding, which just took ages. A video, with Neat Video noise reduction applied, would encode at 12% of film speed. My new system 1 does the same job at 160% of film speed. Marvellous. I'm keeping my old system as a capture station for analogue video tapes and DV.
