NOT received software though paid 64.98 0n 26Nov2020

I have ordered Photostory software from Magix and paid $64.98 on 11/26/20, see reference Removed by Moderator. Since then, I have not received anything from Magix. I tried to contact Magix or its representative in the USA, but could not find them despite numerous searches. The phone number published was disconnected and no longer in service, I would appreciate it very much if anyone could help me to resolve the issue, either request Magix to deliver the product or refund to me the amount already paid.

First, I have removed the confidential reference number from your post; such data should never by posted to a public forum.

Did you receive an email from Magix confirming the purchase and payment? if so, try replying to that email to ask.

If you did not receive that confirmation, try emailing infoservice@magix.net and ask them.
